   To better serve you, all our technicians are Microsoft Certified.  At the minimum, they are Microsoft Certified System Administrators (MCSA).  They are encouraged to seek additional certifications which in turn better serves our customers.  MCSA Technicians have experience with many areas of expertise and therefore feel this is the best minimum requirement for supporting our customers.  In the event that two or more technicians are needed, a minimum of one will be MCSA certified or above, but not all techs may be.  It is our goal that all techs be at least MCSA.
